Keyword Optimization Grader

Is this page actually built to target the keywords you care about?

Enter a page and the keywords you want it to target, and get an instant score for how well that page is optimized — plus a full report by email. This measures on-page optimization, not search position; we can't tell you where you rank on Google.

Get Your Score

See how well your page targets the keywords you care about.

We'll show you a preview instantly, then send your full per-keyword report — including specific fixes — straight to your inbox.

0/10

Separate keywords with a comma or a new line — up to 10.

We will use your website URL, keywords, and email to generate and send your grader report.

What We Check

Eight placement signals that determine keyword optimization.

Every check is based on real, measurable signals in your page's HTML — not guesswork, and never a ranking prediction.

01

Title Tag

Whether your keyword appears in the title, and how close to the front.

02

Meta Description

Whether your keyword appears in the description search engines show under your listing.

03

H1 Heading

Whether your keyword appears in the page's main heading.

04

H2/H3 Subheadings

How many supporting headings reinforce the keyword.

05

URL Slug

Whether your keyword shows up in the page's URL.

06

Opening Content

Whether your keyword appears early, not just buried further down the page.

07

Image Alt Text

Whether any image alt text references your keyword.

08

Body Frequency

How often your keyword appears in the body text — including a warning if it's overused.

See What You'll Get

A real, actionable breakdown for every keyword — not just a number.

Here's an example of what your report looks like: an overall score, plus a specific finding and fix for each keyword you enter.

Questions

What business owners usually ask before running the keyword grader.

No. This tool measures on-page optimization — whether your page is structured and written to target the keywords you entered — not your actual position in search results. There's no free way to check real ranking data, and we're deliberately not using a paid one. Think of it as "is this page set up correctly for this keyword," not "where does it rank."

Yes. Your instant preview score and your full emailed report are both completely free — no credit card, no trial, nothing to cancel.

Up to 10 keywords per page. Each one gets its own score and its own specific checklist of what's present and what's missing.

We read the raw HTML your server sends, the same way a search engine's first pass does. If your page relies heavily on JavaScript to render its content, we'll flag that clearly so you know the results may be incomplete — rather than silently grading an empty page.

If a keyword appears unnaturally often relative to the rest of your page's text, we flag it and lower the score rather than reward it — search engines penalize over-optimization, so more mentions isn't automatically better.

We use them to send your report and, if it looks like we could genuinely help, to follow up with practical next steps. We don't sell or share your information.

Yes. Grade as many pages and keyword combinations as you'd like — different pages on your site often target different keywords.

No — this grader checks whether a specific page is optimized for the keywords you enter. If you want to see what a live AI assistant actually says when asked about your business, try the AI Visibility Grader — it asks a real question and shows you the real answer, three times over.

Ready to Close the Gap?

A good score is a starting point, not a finish line.

Whatever your report turns up, we can help you fix it — from targeted copy and structure changes to a full website rebuild.
